We also complete a load calculation. A load calculation determines what the proper size system is for your specific home. Most homes end up with systems that are oversized, so you end up paying more than you should to heat and cool your home. Also, systems that are improperly sized tend to cycle too quickly or too slowly, and that can lead to maintenance problems, uneven temperatures, and an inability to control humidity. We will provide you with a written proposal. When comparing bids, be sure they include the services you've requested and are based on the same size and efficiency equipment and the same quality of workmanship. We will inform you of all manufacturer warranties and also explain the terms of the warranties provided. In addition, we will also provide you with extended warranty options.
