  1. Clean outdoor coil.
  2. Clean debris inside cabinet.
  3. Outdoor & indoor fan motors lubed & checked.
  4. Outdoor coil fins straightened.
  5. Reversing valve inspected (Heat pump only).

  5. Inspect Evap. Coil & drain pan.
  6. Clean & inspect burners.

  8. Clean blower wheel & motor.
  9. Lubricate blower motor.
  10. Check for gas line leaks.
  11. Check filter installation and cleanliness.
  12. Check that all panels are secured & connections tight.
